3D Microstructure Patterning

MEMSLUX utilizes a 3D diffuser lithography technique, a technique different from conventional semiconductor lithography, to design various ultra-precise 3D micro-patterns tailored to your needs that were previously impossible to manufacture with existing technologies. By leveraging MEMS process technology developed from research at KAIST and further advanced by MEMS-LUX, we can create unique 3D microstructures and optical components with unprecedented performance.

MEMS-LUX has introduced a new light guide plate using our exclusive 3D micro-patterning technology. This innovative plate offers greater transparency than traditional lighting sheets like LCDs and OLEDs. It provides unidirectional vertical light emission, resulting in high energy efficiency, bright and clear displays, simplified manufacturing processes, and cost savings. Additionally, it offers two viewing angles, allowing you to choose between privacy or screen sharing depending on your needs.
