process of designing and producing 3D micro-patterns, from start to finish.
With MEMSLUX's comprehensive optical solution package, you can turn high-quality,
large-scale production of 3D micro-pattern products into a reality.
First, we design the 3D micro-pattern and establish the optimal optical pattern using advanced optical simulation technology. We build a library of pattern shapes in advance to flexibly meet various requirements.
Once the precise optical pattern is created using our proprietary 3D diffuser lithography process, we design large-area master molds for the 3D micro-pattern. The developed molds are then used for large-area injection molding and imprinting, which are applied to the final products.
Finally, we measure and analyze the products. Using our scanning electron microscope (SEM) and confocal microscope, we inspect the shape of the 3D micro-optical patterns formed in each area. Based on the measurement results, we analyze the errors in the desired characteristics and use optical simulations to refine and optimize the shape and arrangement of the optical patterns.
